  1. Most humans are way less ambitious than me. So that's the default for me. Luckily ambition is not an important feature I need in a woman. I am not looking for that which I already have plenty of. Then you deserve my boot up your ass.
  2. 2nd hand smoke is way overrated. Most people spend their whole lives smoking a pack a day and still don't get cancer. Inhaling a bit of casino smoke will not kill you. You need a ton of smoke for it to kill you.
  3. You don't have to be white to be right-wing. This is a bad understanding of what nationalism, racism, and far right is. There are far-right wingers in every country, every ethnicity, race, gender, and religion.
  4. Pretty obvious he was not running. He doesn't seem interested in it.
  5. To me, the real scandal in all this is that anyone drinks Bud Light.
  6. In the end I think if people were to hear his full views on things they would find him a wacko. You cannot gauge the mainstream appeal of a political candidate by online comments. Online comments are NOT representative of average voters. The best thing we got are polls. And I'm pretty sure Biden out-polls RFK. If there was no Democrate incumbent running, then maybe RFK would have a chance. Challening the sitting Presedent of your own party is not a good strategy.
  7. 1) I never said they were. 2) Even so, disciplined, honest, temperate does not guarantee a high level of development. You can be an honest, disciplined, hard working simpleton who believes in the devil or is a temperate Nazi.
  8. You/I are Consciousness. Consciousness can pretend to be human.
  9. God has nothing to do with attachment or craving. This is just Buddhist dogma. The truth is that God is imagining attachment and craving as figments of its consciousness. God is also imagining Nirodha Samapatti, and every other Buddhist thing. Buddhism is a dream. God is not.
  10. 1) Nobody deserves anything. 2) Firefighers and teachers can still earn decent money and be reasonably successful people. Those are decent careers. I was talking about guys without careers. It also depends on your level of ambition. Most people are simply not very ambitious. But I am, so my standards are much higher. Some girls are ambitious while many are not.
  11. This is common, especially for men, who value freedom. This is where getting very clear about your values is important. Yes, committing to big things like business, family, kids, marriage is a big deal. You have to really decide you want them, otherwise don't do it. However, also, don't be stuck in analysis paralysis forever. Sit down, think it through, then decide which path is most likely to align with your top values and start making some commitments. Kids is the most serious commitment. All the other ones you can pretty easily undo if you really change your mind. Remember, the point of being free is to be free to commit to the things you really value. Don't glorify freedom for its own sake. You can start by making a smaller commitment, like with a pet. And see how it feels.
  12. This is basic populism. People basically like non-establishment types. The problem is that these non-establishment types are wackos, who say lots of stupid shit, like Trump or Gary Johnson the libertarian candidate.
  13. Just listening to RFK talk about pulling out of Ukraine shows me he's not serious. This guy is just gonna let Putin conquer all of Ukraine? And I'm supposed to vote for that? Are you kidding me?
  14. That's what is meant by higher level of development. It's not an accident that the more conservative one is, the more racist, xenophobic, sexist, and tribal one is. Liberals are generally more developed than conservatives. But there will be plenty of exceptions to this so be careful not to stereotype all conservatives as lower.
  15. Exposing? This is like the lowest form of political analysis, based on childish fearmongering and conspiracy theories. Whenever you get a bunch of humans together to do political things, there will be problems and corruption. This is nothing new.
  16. Because people have different metabolism and neurology. You cannot go by what average people say. You have test how it works on you.
  17. Just go about your normal human life and you will be fine.
  18. It can. But there is also the matter of skill. Speaking truth requires skill, which takes a lot of experience to develop.
  19. It's mostly a budget/workload problem. You do not have enough budget to densely poplulate a large open world. For me the perfect open world was Morrowind. That is the example to study and copy. Meh... the interconnectedness has never been an important feature for my enjoyment of the game. I def prefer Dark Souls 2 & 3. 2 is so underrated. I love it. I actually hate the NPC dailogue sections in Zelda. They are so slow and pointless. A dense open world is not about dialogue. Zelda would benefit most from more and deeper combat. Of course you can keep finding new things, but it gets thin, samey, and grindy. I don't like having to run around a lot to find a new piece of content. My thumbs are literally sore from running around Zelda looking for new content.
  20. Correction: While he's scamming.
  21. Even if AI does not develop at ego, everyone using it will have an ego. I am less concerned about the AI's ego than the Defense Department's ego.
  22. You are the MIND. Everything is your MIND, including your body.
  23. I have. I found it less enjoyable than Dark Souls 3. The content was too spread out and it felt more like a grind to me so I couldn't finish it. It's a good game but Dark Souls 3 was the peak of this franchise. The problem with these giant open-world games is that they are too empty. They don't have enough content to properly populate the world. Zelda suffers from the same problem. They made it too big. Zelda would be better if they shrank the world size down by 25-50%.
  24. Probably. Many of those countries don't have great weapon tech to sell. You can't sell what you don't got. I don't know what kind of weapons Australia makes. But I'm sure they make something.
