This is no different from science. Why does the average person believe in atoms? None of them have seen an atom. You need someone exceptionally intelligent and influential to convince everyone else that atoms exist. And so it is with GOD.

What I'm talking about does not invalidate the oneness of everything. Of course anyone can realize that everything is one without ever learning nondual theory. I am pointing to things beyond these basics. As with science, just because I say that science is imaginary does not suddenly make all of scientific observations invalid. You can still discover that the sky is blue even without scientific dogma. But scientific dogma still distorts your whole understanding of what the sky is. I am not denying your discovery that the sky is blue. I am saying that you don't have a full comprehension of what the sky is and how it works.

No, it's more twisted than that. The believers are one down from scientists, but even so, they are ultimately right simply by buying into dogma which was sourced from a profound truth which scientists today do not comprehend. It's possible to be right by accident. It's also possible to be right for the wrong reasons and via wrong methods. A fundamentalist Christian is right but via wrong methods. It's sort of like firing your gun at the sky and accidentally killing a murderer who was coming to get you but you didn't even know he existed. You just got lucky. This doesn't mean that firing your gun into the sky is the right method.

You certainly can be gaslit about it. Someone will inevitably say something like, "Oh, that was just a state from psychedelics and those don't count, or it was all just a hallucination in your brain."

Most of them are ignorant hicks however they believe in GOD because other conscious people saw GOD and reported it to everyone else. Perhaps a better analogy would be not the Sun but Antarctica. Why do you believe in Antarctica?

My description was a bit confusing. But the sum total of all finite objects is NOT a finite object, it's an infinite object. The sum total of all finite numbers is infinity, and infinity behaves in a very different way than any finite number.

What's technically happening is that he is dreaming so deeply that he has constructed a nondualist dream. This dream includes all the nondual theory he has learned, all the meditation retreats he went on, all the books he's read, all the teachers he's looked up to, all of his models of what consciousness is, and his own telling to himself that he has reached the end and Awoken. So when you talk to a nondualiat you are talking to a guy lost in all that, unable to see how his mind is constructing all that. And he will be in total denial about it. You need to stop thinking of Consciousness as substance or medium which you can boil everything down to. Consciousness must be grasped from the top-down not from the bottom-up. Consciousness is your entire bubble of perception. DO NOT attempt to reduce it down at all in any way. Any reduction will result in a failure to understand Consciousness. If you try to reduce it to Nothing you can create that, but you will fail grasping something much larger. Everyone's spiritual path must be unique. So copying me is not ideal. What's ideal is to pursue the deep questions in your own way using the tools I suggest. All of the mistakes I made on my path were necessary and important in hindsight. I don't regret anything.

Consciousness can create infinite types of itself. So what happened was you invented/found a new type. And you can find many more weirder ones. For example, I once became so conscious that I discovered the inverse of consciousness. No one here even knows such a thing can exist.

You haven't lost your development in 2 weeks. That's not how this works. You're just in a bad a state/mood.

That's all good and true, but there is a deeper comprehension of Consciousness to be had. The experience of infinity is valid but it doesn't necessary give a comprehension of Consciousness.

Your question makes no sense. My AWAKENINGs had nothing to do with suffering. I never cared about suffering. All I cared about was understanding reality. That's what AWAKENING is. Either you understand what Consciousness or you do not. Everything else is technically a tangent.

Relative to my understanding today, yes. I still had moments way beyond nonduality back then. But I had not fully deconstructed nonduality yet. My comprehension of what Consciousness is has increased by orders of magnitude. You cannot grasp what Consciousness is by reducing it via nonduality. Your reduction of Consciousness to Nothingness or Emptiness is not really what Consciousness is. That's yet another trick that Consciousness plays. Consciousnes is imagining that that reduction is the end of understanding Consciousness. But that's just a clever trick. You have to be smart enough not to fall for it.

NO! Nonduality is imaginary and no one here is conscious of that. When you nondualists try to cast what I'm saying as, "Oh, Leo just wants to explore finite states of consciousness and all kinds of forms, but I am beyond that". NO! You don't even understand what CONSCIOUSNESS is! You are missing the highest possible level of understanding. I am not saying you're missing some finite apsects of consciousness, I'm saying you're missing it's very nature. The very essence of AWAKENING is what you do not have. No nondualist knows what consciousness is, and they never will. No nondualist is beyond anything I say. No nondualist, Buddhist, nor enlightened person will ever transcend psychedelics. They do not understand what I am talking about. To be AWAKE you must realize that you fooled yourself into imagining that nonduality is the core of spirituality. Of course! Nonduality is a self-deception. Of course it is! Why wouldn't it be?

I am not walking around in anything like a permanent 5-MeO-DMT state. That is impossible. I would be dead if I was that conscious by default. And anyone who claims that that is possible is lying. And anyone who claims their enlightenment reaches that level of consciousness is lying.
