Of course controller. Xbox controller is designed to work on PC by default. Plug and play. Yuzu emulator lets you customize any controller and any buttons. It's 100% customizable. You just need to design your couch situation to work with your PC. Or get a comfy PC chair.

I don't claim to be at his level. But plenty of things he says are false. It took me a lot of work to figure that out. He is both very advanced but also too insulated from other perspectives on spirituality, as if only his view is the only one.

They have no intellectual understanding of what intelligence is or how it is made. They are just brute forcing stuff, which will not be enough. There needs to be an actual understanding of what intelligence is. It is sort of like trying to build a nuclear bomb just by blowing up more and more TNT. That's their current method. So I don't buy that it will work. They have convinced themselves that if they just blow up enough TNT they will succeed. I say no.

That's the big unknown. We just don't know where AI will top out. There is a chance they will stumble like an idiot into something life-changing. They don't know what they are doing. They're just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks. Something epic could stick some day if they throw a trillion dollars at the wall.

@UnbornTao It's an interesting problem. How do you have a conversation with people who are very advanced in their consciousness? It becomes hard to have conversations with them. Myself included. It's also hard to have conversations with teachers because they are always in teacher mode. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am not interviewing people. I tried that and it's not for me. Also, I find talking to Ralston futile because he does not want to have a conversation, he just wants to dictate his view. He is not open to an actual conversation about reality. It's his way or no way. If you disagree with him, he is not going to entertain it. To me this is not interesting and it defeats the purpose of conversation.

You probably will have to do devil's work first. It takes years to rise up out of corruption. I don't understand your question.

I am never going to belong. My personality will never be happy in a group. This is nothing new. I have been this way since a kid. I get not satisfaction from being in a group. I have the personality of an ascetic. I am highly rebellious, non-conformist, and disagreeable. I am not a team player. This is not something I can just change about myself. This is core to my personality.

I think about these issues in terms of what it takes to convince a skeptic or someone who disagrees with me. This way I can create the strongest points and logic over time. Most spiritual teachers only speak to people who already agree with them. I don't do that. I like convincing skeptics because I am a skeptic.
