No, I said no such nonsense. I have said there are many degrees to awakening. But I have always said that 99.9999% of people are not awake and will never awaken. The degrees of awakening only begin once your reach that 0.0001% Until then you ain't awake at all. -

Actually, no. There is only one dream. This right NOW. This is a dream. The one dream of NOW. You are imagining all those other dreams. Flatten reality down to a single layer. And then flatten it even more until even the 1st layer becomes nothing. -
@Elisabeth You're not late at all. We're just warming up the engine. You're right of course. Capitalism seriously corrupts and biases science and that is a topic I plan to address in Part 2 or 3.

I'm not totally sure about that. I suspect that permanent liberation is actually impossible. If you awaken, you must eventually at some point forget your awakening in order to complete the circle. Whatever happens, reality must cycle back to itself, to every point at which you existed. One day, you will find yourself back to exactly where you are sitting now. And that day is today! Ta-da! -

Everything you see. -

Real is whatever you imagine strongly enough. It's very simple. You are inside of a dream. -

But ego is not totally fine with that. Ego wants something more. Ego wants awakening, God, Love, Consciousness, Truth. You will say, "But ego can't get those things!" Maybe so, but ego doesn't know that! And by the time ego understands, it will be too late -

What thoughts do you want? It's a thing. Consciousness can dream up infinite things. What of it? -

Except I know precisely what Truth is. I'm it now and always. It isn't just a memory, it's lesson for now. Similar to how if stick your hand in the fire when you are 10 years old for 5 seconds, 20 years later you still know that fire is hot. You assume that psychedelics don't change you, but they do. It's just subtle. -

Your entire paradigm is completely wrong. There are no levels to reality. This is it. As soon as you start thinking the question, "But what causes this? And what causes that?" you've already fallen into dualistic delusion. Don't go looking for hidden causes. There are no causes. Reality is uncaused. Things don't really cause each other, rather the entire Universe exists all at once without any cause. BOOM! EVERYTHING! AT ONCE! Directly! Via no process or method. If you're trying to track down some process by which experience is being created, you've already fucked up. You have to realize that that entire line of inquiry is wrong because it is dualistic. You did not arrive at this moment by being born some number of years ago. You have always been here, imagining you were born some years ago. Here you are. Your entire life backstory is imaginary. It never happened. You just think it did. -

Be very careful. I am a figment of your imagination. The floor your are sitting on is a figment of your imagination. So.... don't poo-poo imagination. An imaginary ghost could still bite your ass, since your ass is also imaginary -
Leo Gura replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Consciousness can imagine ghosts and a million other things, just like it does with animals and people. Some "paranormal" phenomena cannot be studied using conventional materialistic methods. I've never met a ghost so I don't know if material methods would work on them. Probably not. Basically, for you to meet a ghost would require that you have a different brain chemistry than ordinary humans. You need a brain chemistry which will allow your consciousness to imagine ghosts. -

Because Truth is EVERYTHING, including non-abidance and disunity. Sure, but I'm not hung up on it like some folks are. I don't discount nonduality just because it lasts 5 minutes. 5 minutes of nonduality is just as true and valid as 50 years of it. Because actually it's Eternal. -

@Member Death is imaginary. You will never die. It's impossible. -
Leo Gura replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It is impossible to distinguish the normal from the paranormal. This is a bogus duality. -

You're missing the simple fact that brain is mind. Of course it would change something. Again: mind affects mind. In a novel, if you cut off a character's legs, that affects his whole story arc. He can no longer run around as before. But it does not prove the reality of legs or the character. No, you got it backwards. There is only your experience. Nothing else. All others are part of your direct experience. The experiences of others is imagined by your mind. -
@Preety_India Please be mindful not to spread propaganda here.

It's ego who cares about abidance. Truth does not care. -

Physiology IS mind. Mind affects mind. Do you have a problem with atoms affecting atoms? No Then why do you have a problem with mind affecting mind? Atoms are mind affecting mind. Mind imagines a proton. Mind imagines an electron. Mind imagines proton affecting the electron. Mind imagines motion. Easy. It isn't there. You are stuck imagining it's there and that it's necessary. All of that is just a fantasy in your mind that you just imagined. Pure concept. OF COURSE! You're missing the obvious: this is a dream. It works exactly like a dream. Wake up. -
That's precisely the problem. Those experiences have clouded your neutrality. Personally I think Giuliani is a ghoul. But that does not mean I will buy into Sacha's fraud. Framing people is wrong, even if they happen to be ghouls.

I'm just being a normal human. But you guys expect something more.
