This is your problem. You are trying to lose weight when you should be focused on eating healthy. If you cut out all the shit you eat, you will effortlessly lose and maintain weight. Stop eating refined carbs, sugar, grains, wheat, etc. Cut out all junk food. This is the simple solution. You are trying to lose weight while trying to keep eating junk. This will be extremely frustrating with lots of yo-yoing. If you eat healthy it's nearly impossible to be fat. Fat tells you that you're eating garbage. The root solution is to raise your standards for what you put in your body. Start caring about your health more than you care about junk food. You need to change your entire attitude towards food. Start to treat junk food as poison.

You don't even need 10% conversion rate to get amazing success in life. If you are seeking a conversion rate over 10% you're barking up the wrong tree. You can approach 20 girls in a night at a busy club. If you had a 5% conversion rate you'd be sleeping with 100+ girls per year, which is just silly.
