Which is why it cannot be allowed to be 100% private. You should not use the PM system to share super sensitive things. The PM system is not encrypted. It's a similar situation to the NSA having the ability to read your text messages for terrorist activity and the like. So you should not use text messages for shady activity.

Just as an FYI, I take efforts to not read your PMs as much as possible. I believe PMs should be kept as private as possible. I try to only skim through PMs if a serious undermining of the community is afoot. Mods do not have the ability to read PMs to prevent abuse.

Building outside chat groups is not allowed. One on one contacts are allowed. But if this freedom is abused to create secret chat groups, you will be banned. We have a zero tolerance policy on people building their own chat groups under the radar. You will not get any warnings for this, you will be insta-banned.
