Obviously any such statement as "X is the most or best" are childish. These are the result of a childish mind. As your mind matures you realize that reality is far too profound for making such gross oversimplicifications. And you also realize that everyone is trying to play up their victimhood narrative as part of survival. Notice that everyone is trying to act the most innocent, the most wronged, the most oppressed. It's a game you play. Quit that game.

They have to deny it because if they don't their whole worldview will unravel like a sweater. What they are unaware of is that materialism is a dogma, like religion. But they cannot admit that because their identity is wrapped up with "I do not believe in fairytails like those religious morons. I am scientific and science is above that." What they fundamentally fear is the collapse of science.

Being this needy is the surest way to get your ass cheated on.

If it is as you describe it, it's nonsense and you did nothing wrong. Own it and don't worry about it. Don't feel ashamed for physically escalating on a receptive girl. Girls don't like taking responsibility for sex, so they will offload it onto guys as much as possible, sometimes to the point of absurdity. The solution is to just own that you got a dick and if a girl is around you she should expect to get nailed. If she doesn't like it she is free to leave. Your sexual intent should be obvious and if she doesn't like it she's free to blow you out. So just own your sexuality and masculinity and don't let girls play dumb with you too much. Hold your frame. If anything, work on sharpening your sexual intent even more and physically escalate more but with keen calibration to her receptivity. Get good at feeling when a girl is receptive to touch or not. If she is, escalate heavy and own it. If she is resistant, smoothly back off and try again a bit later. If she keeps being resistant, leave her for another girl, don't play her games. You did good in that you did what you wanted and didn't try to be meek or shy. Don't let this silly incident spook you.

Sounds like he has been neglecting his life and development for over a decade and is now in a deep hole from which it will be difficult to climb out. The bottom line is that he has to want to develop himself. Maybe try to introduce him to the idea of personal development and its potential. Help him envision a better future for himself. A future where here is fit, healthy, has girlfriend, has fun job, etc. You can share with him how and why you do personal development and what results are possible.

Of course there is a close relationship. Of course understanding has to understand itself. The self-referencing is not a bug, its the feature.

Given this, I'd suggest you stay away from psychedelics. Seems like they will destabilize you and interfere with your career work. This is such a broad question and hinges on many variables. It all depends on what kind of business specifically you are trying to run. Obviously marketing & sales are good skills to learn for any kind of business. Beyond that, you can combine all sorts of skills. There are so many potential biz combinations where you use psychology plus something else. Psychedelics can of course make you more creative and supercharge your contemplations. But this assumes your mind is able to handle them without destabilizing and spiraling out of control. Given your past experience with psychedelics this is a significant risk for you, so I would caution you against it. In general, psychedelics and starting a biz does not combine well. Starting a biz requires a lot of disciplined work while psychedelics tend to undermine that kind of work. The same way you contemplate without psychedelics. I have several videos explaining how to do contemplation and how to ask powerful questions. You can contemplate on any dose, or no dose at all. As your doses become higher the contemplation will tend to lose focus and just devolve into a mindfuck which you cannot guide or control. That's not necessarily bad, but it won't be productive per se. The problem is that psychedelics are too profound to be used to contemplate something as petty as business. Perhaps that might work at very low doses. But at high doses you will forget you even have a business. It just won't matter because the issues that will arise will be way more significant than business concerns or even life purpose concerns. You will be busy struggling with matters of life and death.

Understanding is not the same as insight. Although they are related. Understanding is a very subtle thing to observe. Perhaps even more tricky to understand than understanding is misunderstanding -- which is also a thing. What is misunderstanding?

That's the most common problem with freelancing of any kind. It's not a consistent paycheck.

That's the red flag right there. There are many scams and ways to exploit people within the "get a job" industry. You are much better off just paying for a course or bootcamp upfront where the pricing is clear, rather than signing some twisted contract. Be ware of these kind of grifts, you will run into them in the future. Then again, if this bootcamp put you in touch with the company who hired you who you wouldn't have otherwise applied to, then it isn't so bad. The value they provided to you was not in the bootcamp skills but in the company connection. Which could be worth $5k.

You can tap her on the shoulder, pull her aside a bit, and go direct. Or you can enagage the whole group in an indirect social way and sprinkle in firtation with your girl. A good line you can use to do that is, "I can already tell... this one's gonna give me trouble" while pointing at your girl. And make strong eye contact with her. This approach requires more skill. Or just wait till you catch her alone.

Help them learn epistemology, self-deception, and meta issues. The solution to bad epistemology is good epistemology. Which requires education. This is an education problem.
