  1. I have not seen that video but I know he's had some mystical experiences. That's good, but the problem is that he's not gone nearly deep enough into mystical experience and so he's conceptualizing about God a lot. And he's overly attached to making sense of God using the Christian paradigm -- which is extremely corrupt and limited. He would need many more and deeper awakenings to start to really wake up. He would also have to seriously deconstruct much of his worldview, which would be his biggest challenge because he's so attached to it. To be fair to him, it's very easy to fall back asleep after a shallow awakening or two. Usefulness is relative to whatever your goals are. As you grow your goals can change drastically.
  2. From Level 1-4: Yes. From Level 5: Gaslighting is imaginary.
  3. As I clearly said, that con-fusion is not a bug, its a feature. At that level of consciousness stuff fuses. God can't ever escape outside itself, but it can try and it can explore the edges of itself. It's a dynamic process. This awakening was me exploring my own edges to see how I loop back around on myself.
  4. Since I am Absolute I can only ever know my reality -- that's what this awakening revealed. I can only ever know my dream. Maybe. If you imagine it to be that way. The trick here is that how you imagine it to be tends to create that kind of reality. You're playing a constructive role here, you're not just a passive observer. You are dreaming it into being. If you dream that every atom has it's own dream, that is what you will create as your reality, since you are God. And if you dream that atoms aren't even real, that will become your reality. Yes Or "we" is just your dream, the only one. How would you ever know? Something paradoxical like that. Yeah, that's one way to imagine it. The key point is that you take responsibility for constructing reality as you wonder about "how it really is." You are playing an active role as you question and explore it. It isn't merely some way independent of your questions about it. As Ralston says, "Reality is however you hold it." If you imagine that every atom has its own dream, that's what you create for yourself. So part of the issue here is: How would you like to hold reality? You are God after all
  5. They become connected if you realize they are all you But if you imagine them to be disconnected, then so it is.
  6. It's sorta like telling a kid that there are no rules. True but dangerous.
  7. Muslim terrorists have also gotten court trials.
  8. He does way more than psychedelics. People also age at different rates based on genetics, diet, health conditions, and many other factors. Blaming aging on psychedelics is very sloppy thinking.
  9. What literature? Get a scale, get your scoop, get your chemical, and see how much one scoop weighs. It will differ from chemical to chemical. Ideally you calibrate each chemical.
  10. For most people JP is at their level of need in life. What we are doing here is pretty advanced, as I say. Yes, Truth is sorta useless. However, Jordan Peterson's teaching are all about seeking Truth, even though he himself hasn't really found it. So it's a bit of blind leading the blind with him. You can say Truth doesn't matter, but actually it's the only thing that does.
  11. That difference: it going away vs it not, is itself imaginary! Your room is as imaginary as that lion, it's just a more persistent version of imagination. If you close your eyes your room goes away.
  12. Infinity is a beautiful thing. Don't forget to enjoy the beauty.
  13. Didn't get any nausea. But it does feel weird. Significant visual field and body-feel wraping. Feels somewhat "broken" and "dysfunctional". If you want a great body feel, try 5-MeO-MALT or 5-MeO-MIPT. Always take psychedelics on totally empty stomach.
  14. I asked him in private.
  15. Said a gay dude I see a work of art.
  16. @Consilience FYI, you're not even conscious yet that you are imagining Ralston and myself.
  17. Go on Yelp and search for Life Coaches in your area. Read reviews and test out various coaches until you find one you like.
  18. It's not hilarious. It's a serious and important discussion of method and what's possible with spirituality. A more important discussion cannot exist within spirituality. Naively accepting/assuming that every path leads to maximal consciousness is moronic and harmful. Everything is God, but not everything leads to maximal consciousness. If this was true then you wouldn't need spiritual teachings or techniques at all, you could stick your finger up your butt and become enlightened. If you are serious you must distinguish between which techniques are more vs less effective.
  19. Yes. But you're not conscious of all that you could be. I don't need to take 5-MeO to access God. I am God. Now and forever. I could turn this around on you: in 10 years you'll still be having to meditate to access God. Silly logic.
