Force Your Mood: Key Points
Is mood something that happens to you, or something that you generate? Sometimes you're lucky enough to have things go your way, but waiting for luck isn't a strategy. Mood shouldn't be something that just happens to you. Own your mood. Decide how you want to want to feel throughout your day and then feel that way even if things aren't going right.
Choose 3 adjectives that describe how you intend to feel every day from now on. Which 3 feelings are most important for you? Add them to your Mission Statement. Recommit to being in this mood every day no matter what the circumstances. Build a habit of enforcing your mood.
